We are seeking candidates with strong technical proficiency and a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in technology support, online learning platforms, or related educational/IT roles. Candidates should have demonstrated ability in:

 - Speak Spanish

 - Managing Zoom meetings and virtual classroom platforms

 - Providing real-time troubleshooting under pressure

 -Supporting faculty or instructors in a teaching environment

 - Familiarity with digital tools such as PowerPoint and collaborative online platforms

The mission of SCA Learning LLC. is to provide excellent instruction by ensuring a smooth and engaging virtual classroom experience. To achieve this aim, the Classroom Technology Support Specialist will provide direct, real-time technical support during scheduled class sessions.

This position requires availability every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM MST. The specialist will manage the technical aspects of the Zoom session and provide backup support to the instructor so that the lesson progresses seamlessly.

 - Zoom Session Management

 - Admit participants into class sessions and monitor access during class

 - Manage breakout rooms according to lesson activities and transitions

 - Share and advance PowerPoint slides and other instructional materials

 - Provide immediate troubleshooting and problem resolution during class

 - Monitor audio, video, and connectivity quality to ensure a smooth session

 - Offer quick solutions to minimize classroom disruptions

 - Instructional Support

Collaborate with the instructor to anticipate technical needs for each lesson

Provide backup support during class to ensure a seamless flow of instruction

Communicate effectively with the instructor before, during, and after sessions to maintain quality standards

The position pays $14.00 per hour.
